BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS CHRISTIAN WRITERS CONFERENCE is one of the largest Christian writing conferences in the country and draws conferees from across the nation. The conference covers most areas for writing from novels, nonfiction books, screenplays, visual media, devotions, freelance, children's, magazine articles, Internet content, and more.
The conference began twenty-five years ago and ably led by Yvonne Lehman, who continues to teach art the conference as well as lead two other conferences.
Hundreds of writers gather in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, not far from Asheville, North Carolina. The scenery is stunning and the fellowship rich. All of this happens in a casual, conferee-centered gathering.
